Inside the library you’ll find resources to help you reach your health goals - from weekly menus (52 weeks worth)  to cultural recipes, a lab guide, information on how to lower your blood sugar, tips for managing your heart health and so much more. Plus you get access to monthly member-only Q&A calls with Dalina!

Joining the library is just $27/mo. Your FSA/HSA may cover the cost.

Nutrition Coaching Group via insurance

Join a LIVE nutrition coaching group where you’ll meet with a latina dietitian once per week to learn about managing diabetes, heart health, family nutrition, body image and diet culture, GI issues, and more - all through a cultural lens.

The group is covered by insurance for many (or approx $100 cash pay).

Work 1:1 with a Dietitian via Insurance

Work 1:1 with a latina dietitian from a weight neutral approach to prevent or manage chronic conditions such diabetes, heart health, PCOS, NAFLD, GI issues, and more. 

1:1 sessions are covered by insurance for many, or can be purchased for $150 per session or through a discounted package of 4 calls.

Work 1:1 with a Dietitian - Cash Pay Options

Work directly with a dietitian from a weight neutral approach without using insurance. Our personalized sessions focus on your unique needs to prevent or manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, heart health, PCOS, NAFLD, GI issues, and more - all through a cultural lens that honors your heritage.

Single sessions are $150, or choose our discounted package of 4 sessions for greater savings. Your FSA/HSA may also cover these services.

Will My Insurance Cover These Options?

We can help you check and verify your insurance benefits for both the Latina Nutrition group coaching program as well as 1:1 sessions. 


Many of our Latina Nutrition Library and Chula Club Members have had success getting their HSA/FSA to cover annual membership dues but you’ll need to inquire about this on your own.
