Working with you has started the process of breaking the chains that bind the way I think and feel about food and hunger. I'm able to freely vocalize what i'm craving, have a bit and move on with my life. My days of binging after diets are slowly coming to an end. This is all a process. I have to reframe how I think about certain foods. Veggies do not equate to diet food, I enjoy veggies, so why not eat them when I want to and skip them when I don't want them?
